Facility Decor & Cleanliness Policy
No Confetti, Glitter, or Loose Sprinkles
To maintain a clean and safe environment for all families, confetti, glitter, and similar items are not permitted inside the event space.
No Tape, Pins, or Adhesives on Walls
Decorations may not be attached directly to walls, doors, or ceilings using tape, pins, nails, glue, or adhesives. This helps us keep our space fresh and damage-free for every celebration.
Approved Decor Options
Free-standing décor (balloon arches, photo backdrops, centerpieces, etc.) is welcome. We’re happy to guide you on creative ways to personalize your party without wall attachments.
Additional Cleaning Fees
A cleaning/damage fee may be applied if confetti, glitter, or unapproved adhesives are used in the space.
Party Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable.
